Key learnings from today's session were:
a. To shimmy, really issolate the shoulders
b. Really aim to crossover on the cross-overs
c. Slide out onto a straight leg when you want a move to continue quickly into the next.
d. With the crazy arm movements do it double time and let the right hard be sharp
on the same beats as the right foot hitting the ground (1, 3,5 and 7).
